Wanneer gebruiken we Artikel 4.7 vanwege een sterke morfologische verandering van het waterlichaam\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meer dan 30 deelnemers, verdeeld over de drie gewesten en verschillende belangengroepen (waterbeheerders, Natuurpunt en enkele studiebureaus) participeerden in de discussie. De vergadering werd georganiseerd bij Leefmilieu Brussel en gemodereerd\u00a0door experten van de Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij, Leefmilieu Brussel en Service Public de Wallonie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geen pasklare antwoorden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Met behulp van handleidingen en voorbeelden, werd geduid hoe men Art. 4.7 en het Weser-arrest in Duitsland moet lezen en gebruiken. Uit de workshop werd duidelijk dat er geen eenduidig pasklaar antwoord is dat geldt is voor alle projecten. Elk project dient stapsgewijs te worden ge\u00ebvalueerd en beoordeeld of een afwijking onder de vorm van artikel 4.7 nodig en van toepassing is.
